Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Open Most Public Holidays: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Consultations are by appointment. However, patients without appointments who require emergency treatment will be seen immediately.

A standard appointment lasts between 10 and 15 minutes. If you feel your problem may take longer, please advise the receptionist at the time of making the appointment so that more time can be allocated to you.

The fees for longer consultations, procedures and home visits are available on request. We ask that consultations are paid on the day. Cash, EFTPOS, Hi Caps (PHF rebates) and facilities for instant Medicare rebates deposited to your bank account are all available for your convenience. Bulk billing is available for pensioners, HCC holders and children under the age of 16.

Saturday – Bulk Billing available
Sundays – Bulk billing all day

After Hours Care
When the clinic is closed, medical advice, after hours care, and home visits can be obtained by phoning 0438 021 420. For your information the casualty departments in this area are:

Our clinic maintains three fully equipped procedure rooms for a range of procedures such as removal of lesions, liquid nitrogen therapy, diathermy, ECG’s, hearing tests and lung function tests. Our 5 bed Emergency Room handles emergencies such as workcover injuries, fractures, lacerations and other wound care and illness.

Telephone Access & Follow Up of Results
Our doctors may only be contacted by phone during normal clinic hours. Each call will be attended to personally by your doctor. In some circumstances you will be required to leave your best contact phone number so your doctor can return your call later. Your doctor will advise you on their process for follow up of results. We do not accept electronic communication as a form of contact except for special circumstances.

Continuity of Care
This clinic offers a recall/reminder system to ensure patients are reminded regularly of necessary medical treatment/tests.

Out of Surgery Visits
Visits to private homes and nursing homes are available to patients who are local residents if they are too ill to attend the surgery. If possible, telephone before 10.00am to request a home visit.

Management of Health Records
Our clinic provides up to date and accredited information technology systems to ensure the safety and correct management of our patient records. Our clinic participates in National, State or Territory reminder systems / registers. Our clinic has a recall/reminder system policy.

We care about the quality of the service we provide. If you have any complaints or suggestions, please discuss them with your doctor, our reception staff or one of our management team. The General Practitioners and staff at this clinic abide by federal and state privacy laws and treat all patients information as private and confidential. You have the right to access your personal health information, if you wish.
